Aggregate Equipment Sales Announces Their Exclusive Tuff Cast Dealer
SPECIALISTS TO THE AGGREGATE, CONCRETE AND ASPHALT INDUSTRIES
Beginning July 1, 2002, Balzer Pacific Equipment Co, the
prominent distributor of aggregate machinery, became AES's
exclusive dealer for the TUFF CAST line. Balzer is a dominant player in the majority
of its territory with product support for the states of Washington, Oregon,
California, Alaska and Hawaii. Branch offices are located in Seattle,
Portland, Sacramento and Irwindale (LA area) CA.
Besides the obvious advantage for AES to have a West Coast
dealer, we are particularly pleased with this alliance as Balzer is a company that
has longevity in serving its customers (since 1928). They have a very
secure customer following as Balzer remains concerned about product support and technical assistance.
Their field sales staff are well versed in applications and flow analysis.
Internally, they are capable of engineering and designing systems. Since
two areas of concern for AES are people and support, this is an important
partnership.
What this means to AES clients is that wear parts stock will be
more readily available when you need it with a minimum downtime and AES is
better positioned with the critical aspect of technical assistance. Our
ability to support dealer efforts to sell, service and market the Tuff Cast line
of innovative quality products is enhanced.
